Step 2: Track Directly with the Carrier

You can also track your order directly on the shipping carrier's website using your tracking number. Here's how:

• Visit the carrier's official tracking page (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
• Enter your tracking number in the search field
• View detailed shipping updates and delivery progress

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email or your Nexlya account order history.

Delivery Timeframes

Here are the typical delivery windows for your Nexlya orders:

United States: 7-14 business days
International Orders: 15-30 business days

What If My Tracking Hasn't Updated?

Don't worry if your tracking information hasn't updated in 5+ days. This can happen for several reasons:
